MILWAUKEE - A pizza shop manager charged with killing a friend at the store was set to appear in court Friday morning.
Mark Frazier was to have a preliminary hearing.
He faces a charge in the shooting death of his friend at a Papa John's on South 27th Street.
Frazier has been charged with reckless homicide.
