Dean at UW Madison being lured out west
RENO, Nevada - A University of Wisconsin dean is under consideration to become the next provost of a school out west.
The Reno Gazette Journal reports Jeanette Roberts, who is the dean of UW-Madison's School of Pharmacy, is one of three finalists.
Roberts is due to arrive at the University of Nevada this coming Thursday, where she will appear at an open forum on campus.
The other finalists include Kevin Carman, dean of the College of Science at Louisiana State University A&M and Mark Kornbluh, a history professor and dean of the University of Kentucky's College of Arts and Sciences.
