11 charged in marijuana distribution in southeast Wisconsin
MILWAUKEE- 11 people have been charged in connection to various drug-trafficking and firearms offenses.
Federal prosecutors charged those 11 with conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute and distribute in excess of 100 kilograms -- around 3,500 oz. -- of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and related firearms offenses.
Charged are: Haley A. Wagner, 30, Francis Creek; Elizabeth A. Wagner, 26, Francis Creek; Antonio E. Crayton, 31, Manitowoc; Joshua R. Resch, 27, New Holstein; Jason L. Wiehr, 30, Plymouth; Roger D. Burt, 32, Manitowoc, Daniel J. Woelfel, 36, Keil; Jason D. Gunderson, 31, Plymouth; Adoni P. Toniolo, 20, Plymouth; Preston P. Stephens, 28, Reedsville in the 27-count indictment.
The indictment also charges Wiehr and Leah R. Truettner, 23, of Sheboygan, with using a telephone to commit a drug trafficking crime.
