MILWAUKEE - An alderman from Milwaukee's south side was to take part in a rally against a proposed streetcar project in downtown Milwaukee.
Alderman Bob Donovan thinks the proposal is a waste of taxpayer money.
Streetcar opponents were to rally at Serb Hall starting at 5:00 p.m.
