Foley says most Libyans support the U.S.
MILWAUKEE - Marquette University graduate and journalist James Foley, who made international headlines when he was held captive in Libya is keeping a close eye on developments there.
Foley blames the recent attacks on the U.S. embassy on a group that has ties to al-Qaeda.
