Winter Storm Watch Canceled

Winter Storm Watch Canceled

Katie DeLong

MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service has canceled a Winter Storm Watch for southeastern Wisconsin for Thursday.

TODAY’S TMJ4’s meteorologist Michael Fish says the latest computer models show warmer temperatures with the storm tracking further south.

Michael says it looks like there could be a mixture of rain with sleet, freezing rain and snow in southeastern Wisconsin.

The models project 1-3 inches of snow possible by late Thursday night.

The Winter Storm Watch was dropped because there does not appear to be the potential for 6 inches of snow - the minimum required for a Winter Storm Watch to be issued.
