Milwaukee Police warn of rise in home burglaries
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police say there has been a rash of home burglaries across the city.
Criminals have been breaking into homes by pushing in window air conditioning units and climbing inside.
With cooler weather, home owners have also been leaving windows open, offering opportunities for burglars.
Police want to remind people to close and lock windows whenever they leave their homes.
