Co-sleeping death on Milwaukee's north side
MILWAUKEE - Officials with the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office say that another co-sleeping death has happened in the city.
Their office says a one-month-old baby boy died after sleeping on a mattress with his mother early Tuesday morning.
It happened in a home on North 28th Street, a block east of West Fond du Lac Avenue
An autopsy is scheduled for later today.
The news comes one day after BMO Harris Bank announced it is donating $750,000 to help combat Milwaukee's high infant mortality rate.
