MPD Chief Flynn to have performance review

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn was to have his annual performance review on Thursday.
In the past 12 months, Flynn has faced questions about a strip serach scandal involving officers.
He has also dealt with claims that the MPD under-reported specific crime numbers.
The Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission were to conduct Flynn's review.
