Wisconsin's Steve Stricker makes Ryder Cup team

NEW YORK - A PGA golfer from the Badger State will compete in the world's most prestigious team golf event.
Steve Stricker has been picked as one of four captain's choices for the U.S. Ryder Cup team, according to the Golf Channel and NBC Sports.
Stricker, who was born in Edgerton, Wis. and lives in Madison, is ranked 16th on the PGA Tour all-around rankings for 2012.
The Ryder Cup will happen later this month at Medinah Country Club in Chicago, and it will air on TODAY'S TMJ4.
