MILWAUKEE - Police say a 45-year-old woman was stabbed to death in Milwaukee's Kilbourn Reservoir Park. It happened around 9:30 Sunday night.
On Monday, police cleared the scene. Investigators spent part of the day looking through the park for evidence. The 32-year-old male suspect was arrested shortly after the alleged crime took place.
Family members identify the victim as Teresa Boone, 45, of Milwaukee, though police have not confirmed the woman's identity.
Police say neighbors living nearby the park in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood helped nab the suspect.
Authorities will not release additional information. Police are not searching for additional suspects.
