Man arrested after woman murdered at park in Riverwest

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder of a 45-year-old woman at a park in Riverwest.
The homicide happened just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday night at Kilbourn Reservoir Park, at the corner of North Bremen Street and East North Avenue.
The woman's body was found with stabbing wounds.
According to police, someone who witnessed the murder assisted officers in finding the 32-year-old suspect.
Police say they arrested him within minutes of the stabbing. They believe robbery was his motive, but are investigating to find out further information.
