MADISON, Wis. - The father and stepmother of a malnourished Madison teenager must face trial in Madison, despite defense motions to move the trial elsewhere.
Circuit Judge Julie Genovese denied that request Friday.
In addition, the father's attorney is now asking to arrange county payment for his services saying that a website soliciting donations attracted only two donations, for $25 and $20, and that his client has no ability to pay.
