Milwaukee man faces nine sex assault, kidnapping, strangulation charges
MILWAUKEE - A man from Milwaukee faces nine felony counts including sexual assault and kidnapping involving a victim he allegedly tried to hire as a prostitute.
Maries Addison, 28, faces charges of first and second degree sexual assault, kidnapping, strangulation and false imprisonment.
If he is convicted on all nine counts, he faces up to 332 years in prison.
The criminal complaint, released Monday, says that the incidents happened between late October and early November of 2010.
She accuses Addison of making "her go out onto the street to make money," dance at a night club and give him the money, then punch and strangle her, stomp on her head, shove her and perform multiple sex acts on her and another woman.
