KENOSHA - A man who kept an 11-year-old girl as a sex slave has been sentenced.
A judge ordered Douglas Richards, from Kenosha, to spend the next 23 years in prison.
He was also to be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The abuse happened in 2005.
The victim was a family friend.
