Mother of teen suspect wants to apologize at vigil for victim of deadly crash

MILWAUKEE - The mother of a teenager accused in a deadly hit and run hopes to make at an apology at a prayer vigil for the victim.

The teenage girl, 13, allegedly stole a car and went drag racing.

She faces accusations of striking and killing Ronald Forbes, who was riding his bike at the time.

The girl's mother was to attend a prayer vigil near the corner of North 39th Street and West Glendale Avenue.
