Mentally handicapped man found safe on Milwaukee's north side
MILWAUKEE- A mentally handicapped 58-year-old black man has been located near his home on Milwaukee's north side.
Milwaukee police said Thomas E. Jones was reported missing around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Jones' family said they were concerned that Thomas Jones couldn't find his way back home.
Milwaukee police issued a news release at 9:46 p.m. saying that Jones was found safe close near N. 19th St. and Capitol Dr.
Police alerted the media that he was a critical missing person around 9:20 p.m.
