Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele's enthusiasm for Sue Black as county parks director soured over Abele's 18-month tenure and her firing last week was linked to a pattern of poor communication and a park lease deal the county executive felt was poorly vetted, according to accounts that emerged Monday.
