Arrest made in deadly hit-and-run
SUPERIOR, Wis. (AP) -- Superior police say a man is in custody for the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian.
Sixty-one-year-old Eugene Renko was killed Friday night while walking at an intersection in Superior. The driver of the vehicle that struck him fled the scene.
Police say the suspect's vehicle was found in St. Louis County, Minn., early Sunday and the suspect was arrested later that day on a possible charge of hit-and-run involving death.
