For a fourth straight year, Wisconsin homes worth less
MILWAUKEE - Trying to sell a house? Be ready to take a loss.
It's hard to swallow, but a new report from the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance says for the fourth straight year, property values in Wisconsin have dropped.
The largest drops were in the southeast corner of the state, with Kenosha County leading the way, with values down 7.7 percent.
