Two men wanted for robbing beverage store on northwest side

MILWAUKEE- Two men believed to be in their early 20s are wanted for robbing a beverage store on Milwaukee's northwest side around 5:10 p.m. on August 7.

According to Milwaukee police, the two suspects showed handguns and took an unspecified amount of money out of the cash register at the Ridge Plaza Beverage store near 8700 W. Brown Deer Rd.

Video from the robbery shows the first armed suspect ordering the store's clerk to the ground then telling customers to get on the floor.  Then the second armed suspect demanded the clerk to "gimme the money."

Both suspects took money from the cash register after the clerk explained how to open the drawer.

Both men then fled the scene.

According to police, the first armed suspect is described as a black man with a dark complexion, around 20-25 years-old, 5'9" tall, and around 170-180 pounds.  He was seen wearing a gray baseball cap with white letters, gray bandanna mask, gray t-shirt, black jeans and black shoes.

The second armed suspect is described as a black man with a dark complexion, around 20 to 25-years-old, 5'6" tall and weighing around 150 to 160 pounds.  He was seen wearing a navy blue and yellow Michigan baseball cap, black bandanna mask, black t-shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
