MILWAUKEE - A 75-year-old man from Milwaukee was expected to plead insanity Thursday for the shooting death of his teenage neighbor.
John Spooner faces accusations of shooting and killing Darius Simmons, 13, in a dispute over stolen guns.
Spooner's defense attorney says a doctor has examined his client.
The doctor reportedly believes he is suffering from a mental disease.
