Wounded Sikh temple shooting victim describes that scary day

OAK CREEK- A woman hit by a bullet in the Oak Creek temple shooting returns to say goodbye to her friend who died.
With a bandage covering the bullet wound in her arm, Amarjit Kaur's strength in this trying time is hard even for her to describe.
"I'm not scared actually, I'm really very much blessed by our God," said Kaur. "My thinking is always positive, so maybe that's why I'm here and saved."
Amarjit Kaur was outside the temple's blessing room Sunday when Wade Page started shooting.
"I saw him, and he also looked at me and he didn't give us a chance to move, here and there, then he started," said Kaur.
Amarjit's friend, Paramjit Kaur, was killed.
"I feel so helpless because she's the only friend I had over here," said Amarjit Kaur.
TODAY'S TMJ4's Annie Scholz sat with Amarjit Kaur at her home Friday afternoon, after her friend's funeral and after she had returned to the temple.
"We are the same, I feel today. Our feelings are the same, there is nothing different over there. So I felt a little bit better when i saw those people over there. They all are our supporters."
An unwavering faith in humanity, and a higher power. "We are safe now over here, just only pray to God."
