MILWAUKEE - We should find out later on Thursday when the Wisconsin Avenue bridge will re-open over the Milwaukee River.
The vital link in Milwaukee's downtown has been closed since October 2011.
Crews have been working on the bridge's structural, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components.
