WHITEWATER - One of the 12 people who died in the mass shooting at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2008.
John Larimer, 27, was from northern Illinois and recently joined the Navy.
UW-Whitewater posted on its Facebook page "Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
