Aurora shooting victim says adrenaline helped him flee

AURORA, Colorado - A 27 year old newlywed, originally from Mequon, shot in the Colorado movie theatre massacre says never will he forget the night he almost lost his life. 

Carey Rottman recalls the chilling details, realizing someone was up-front shooting at the audience.

He was hit in the leg, and his friend was shot in the arm, but they had enough adrenaline to run out of the theatre.

Now, Rottman's hospitalized in Aurora, Colorado, where he's about to undergo his second surgery.

Rottman spoke to Today's TMJ4's Todd Hicks on his cell phone Saturday.
