MILWAUKEE - The Medical Examiner's office confirms there was a deadly shooting early Tuesday morning.
It happened at the corner of North 50th Street and West Capitol Drive, a short distance from West Fond du Lac Avenue.
TODAY'S TMJ4 raw video of the scene from about 3:00 a.m. show much activity, just a couple of squad cars.
The Milwaukee Police Department's dispatch log lists a shooting at the address at the time.
The department did not initially say anything about the case.
