Former Green Bay Packers cornerback Craig Newsome is shown at his home Friday, June 29, 2012 in Holmen, Wis. After being drafted by the Packers in the first round, Newsome played four years in Green Bay before being traded to the San Franciscp 49ers where he ended his NFL career after one season there. After his stopped playing Newsome became addicted to prescription painkillers he took to relieve debilitating back pain caused from years of playing football. At right is the jersey he wore in Super Bowl XXXI where he had interception and a forced fumble in the Packers 35-21 victory over the New England Patriots.
