Trial begins for man accused of killing Bradley Tech student
MILWAUKEE - A trial was set to start Monday in the case of a Bradley Tech High School student who was killing earlier in 2012.
Timothy Tyree, 20, faces a charge of first-degree reckless homicide in the death of Eddie Ellis.
He was 16 years old when Tyree allegedly shot and killed him on January 4th.
It was the 5th murder of 2012. Ellis was a junior at Bradley Tech when the murder happened.
Tyree was to enter a Milwaukee courtroom at 10:00 a.m. Monday.
