Suspicious package at shopping center not harmful, says Delafield police
DELAFIELD- Delafield police are investigating after UPS workers noticed a suspicious package at the Nagawaukee Shopping Center around 6:15 p.m. Friday.
Delafield police then decided to call in the Milwaukee Bomb Squad to inspect the package.
While the bomb squad was on the way to look at the package, authorities determined it wasn't harmful to anyone.
The package was filled with a powder and that some of the powder spilled outside, according to Delafield police.
The situation was over by 9 p.m.
