OSHKOSH- According to TODAY'S TMJ4's I-Team, in Thursday's accident Spancrete, the company whose driver was killed when a crane collapsed, was working as a subcontractor to Lunda Construction Company.

The I-Team's Rob Koebel went through past OSHA reports and discovered Lunda Construction had another deadly accident just three months ago.

In that accident, a 58-year-old man was killed in Brown County while working in the median of
Highway 41.

Investigators say he became pinned underneath an arm of a crane when unloading equipment from a trailer.

The crane was owned by Lunda Construction Company.  And it was a Lunda employee that was operating the crane that collapsed Thursday.

During a news conference Thursday, state officials went out of their way to say that Lunda is a large company and overall their safety rating is very good.
