12-year-old shot on Milwaukee's north side
MILWAUKEE - A 12-year-old child was recovering Tuesday morning from injuries after being shot on Milwaukee's north side.
Milwaukee Police say the shooting happened at the corner of North 26th and West Hadley Street at about 11:15 p.m. Monday.
Police say the child was taken to Children's Hospital.
Authorities did not release any initial details about how the child was shot or specifics on the child's injuries.
