Man killed during a robbery in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide in the Riverwest neighborhood.
It happened Saturday morning at 1:35 a.m. on the street in the 500 block of E. Center Street.
Preliminary information indicates that the shooting occurred during a robbery in which the deceased 42-year-old male was the victim, along with a female with whom he was speaking. The female was not injured.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
Today's TMJ4's Keller Russell spoke with a witness who captured the police response on video.
The witness says the victim was cooperating with the robber, so it's unclear why the robber shot him.
