Is MPS right to cut benefits for some part time workers?

Every day on Live at 3:00, we have a segment called "Sound Off," where you can give us your take on a topic.

Friday's Sound Off Question:  Milwaukee Public Schools will end the longstanding practice of providing full benefits to part-time workers. The move will save the district about $4 million per year. Employees will be required to work at least 30 hours weekly to receive  benefits. Is this fair to employees?
