Boy, 4, drowns in pool at Kenosha County home
VILLAGE OF BRISTOL- A four-year-old boy is dead after being found lifeless in a pool at his home Tuesday morning.
According to the Kenosha County sheriff's office, the boy's mother had her eight-year-old child watch the four-year-old while the mother was busy for a few minutes.
The mother found the boy in the pool shortly before noon and started CPR when rescue crews called.
Upon arrival, sheriff's deputies and the Bristol Rescue staff performed CPR for about 30 minutes, but were unable to revive the boy.
The medical examiner and sheriff's department detectives are at the home Tuesday afternoon.
The investigation is ongoing.
