SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) -- Bond has been set at $100,000 for a man accused of fatally shooting his brother during an argument in Sheboygan.
Twenty-seven-year-old Ronnie Polk is charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the death of 24-year-old Brandon Davis of Sheboygan.
Polk was arrested in Milwaukee three days after the June 16 shooting.
A criminal complaint says Polk told an acquaintance he didn't think the gun was loaded when he began waving it at his brother during their argument.
The Sheboygan Press (http://shebpr.es/Ld2GSb ) says Davis died of a single gunshot wound at a Milwaukee area hospital.
