Both sides find hope, dismay in immigration ruling

The U.S. Supreme Court's ruling Monday that struck down parts of Arizona's tough immigration enforcement law, but upheld the "show me your papers" provision, was greeted with mixed emotions in Wisconsin on both sides of the immigration debate.
