MILWAUKEE - On Wednesday, a gunman who shot and killed a man in an disagreement over a beer was been sentenced to 19 years in prison.
In 2011, Frank Brown, 26, shot and killed Luis Santiago and injured his brother.
The shots came during an argument that began when Santiago drank Brown's beer at La Piazza restaurant.
According to a criminal complaint, when investigators asked Brown what happened next, he replied, "Did you see the [surveillance] video? That's what happened."
Brown allegedly admitted to police that he shot both Luis and Antonio Santiago twice before leaving the bar.
