Local cab driver expected to plead guilty in sex assault, imprisonment case
WEST ALLIS- A local cab driver charged with trying to lure girls into his cab is expected to take a plea deal.
Online court records show that 45-year-old Opinder Singh, of Greenfield, is expected to enter a guilty plea on July 23 in connection to those allegations.
According to West Allis police, Singh invited a West Allis teenager into his cab, then locked the doors and touched her inappropriately on May 24. In another case, he allegedly approached another girl on the same day.
Singh has been charged with disorderly conduct, false imprisonment, and fourth degree sexual assault.
