Man crashes into power box, suffers from medical emergency
WAUKESHA- A man drove his vehicle into a We Energies transformer box, early Wednesday evening, due to a severe medical emergency.
The man was the only one in the vehicle. He was transferred to Waukesha Memorial Hospital by the Waukesha Fire Department and his condition is unknown at this time.
According to police, he struck another vehicle in the road before turning into an apartment building parking lot and then striking the transformer. The Springdale Apartments, on the 2400 block of Springdale Rd., lost power but was the only area affected by the incident.
