Fire destroys part of Walworth County home, garage
SPRING PRAIRIE- Fire crews responded to a house fire that destroyed part of the house and the garage.
TODAY'S TMJ4 reports that around 1:30 p.m. Monday, four people inside the home heard "a pop" in the garage, then saw flames erupt.
One of the homeowners told TODAY'S TMJ4 the fire spread to a nearby Jeep.
According to a medic, a woman suffered a first degree burn on the arm, but no one else was seriously hurt.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
There is no official word on a damage estimate as of Monday afternoon.
