Milwaukee King H.S. student gets perfect ACT score
MILWAUKEE - A junior at Milwaukee Rufus King High School has pulled off near-perfection on a standardized college admission test.
Zhenrui Liao scored the highest possible score, 36, on the ACT college admission and placement test.
Only 704 of 1.6 million students who took the test in 2010-11 got a 36.
"I've always loved to read. I've always loved to do math. I've always been very interested in science," said Zhenrui in an MPS news release.
He explained that he hopes to go to an Ivy League school, Duke or the University of Wisconsin.
Another Rufus King student achieved the mark in 2010-11.
