MILWAUKEE - With Summerfest about a month away, more than 1,000 students from 65 schools were set to get their hands dirty at the Summerfest grounds.
Thursday brings the annual Planting Day.
Volunteers and students were to plant more than 49,000 annual flowers in the grounds in a four-hour period.
