Racine bank robbery suspect on loose

RACINE- Racine police are asking for the public's help in finding a bank robber.

According to a press release, a black man entered a Chase Bank at 500 Wisconsin Ave. around 12:25 p.m. Thursday and passed a note to a bank employee demanding money.

Once the suspect's demands were met, he fled the bank and got in a brown truck that drove away from the area.

About 20 minutes later, authorities brought in a person for questioning that was seen with the suspect before and after the robbery.

Officers were able to locate and impound the truck used after the robbery.
