Rasmussen poll: Walker leads Barrett by five percentage points
MILWAUKEE - The incumbent Republican governor of the State of Wisconsin owns a five percentage point lead over his Democratic challenger in a poll regarding the upcoming gubernatorial recall election.
According to a survey by Rasmussen, Gov. Scott Walker owns a 50 percent to 45 percent lead over Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett among people who were asked which candidate they would vote for today in the recall election.
Two percent preferred a different candidate, while two percent were undecided.
The margin of error, according to Rasmussen, is 4.5 percentage points.
Rasmussen talked to what it described as 500 likely voters in Wisconsin on May 9th.
