SHEBOYGAN - Sheboygan's former mayor is expected in court Monday.
Bob Ryan is supposed to be at a hearing on sexual assault charges after prosecutors say he inappropriately put his hands on a woman while at a bar in Elkhart Lake last year.
That was during his now-infamous binge drinking episode that led to his ouster as Sheboygan's mayor in late February.
