WEST BEND - A judge in Washington County has set bail at $10,000 thousand for a 25-year-old mother and her 24-year-old boyfriend.
They were arrested this week in West Bend after the woman's three-year-old daughter was found dead with signs of abuse.
Prosecutors are asking for more time to review evidence before filing charges.
