MILWAUKEE - Today marks 10 years since Alexis Patterson went missing in Milwaukee.
She was just seven-years-old.
Patterson was last seen by her stepfather who says he dropped her off outside Hi-Mount Elementary a decade ago.
Family members gathered to remember that day, and to once again bring attention to Patterson.
The case remains an open police investigation.
