Milwaukee property values tumble
MILWAUKEE - New Real Estate numbers show some nasty news for property values in the City of Milwaukee.
According to the city Assessment Commissioner, property values tumbled nearly nine percent last year.
That's the biggest decline in at least 30 years.
Residential values fell nearly 2 billion dollars from 2011 through 2012.
