Man shot, killed day after 24th birthday
MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Police Department identified a man shot to death on the city's north side over the weekend.
Russell J. Setum, 24, was shot to death just a day after his birthday near N. 48th St. and Wright St. Saturday.
"No one is in custody but our investigation continues," Milwaukee Police Department spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz said.
